Servoz area guide

Located at the entrance of the Chamonix Valley, Servoz is an authentic mountain village, facing south to the Massif Mont Blanc. Servoz is less than 15 km from the center of Chamonix.

Unspoilt Servoz is a place where many locals have made the choice to settle, and for several reasons:

• - Easily accessible by the Route Blanche (15 minutes drive)
• - Lower altitude
• - The sunshine quality is very good
• - Mont Blanc views

The Village of Servoz has preserved its rural setting away from mass tourism and benefits from a school, town hall, grocery store and quality restaurants.

It is found mainly in the village of Vieux Servoz and Mount the hillside farms or chalets or land to build. Prices are more affordable than those of the valley Chamonix.
